
CABARROGUIS, QUIRINO, March 3, 2025 --- The Provincial Inter-Agency Monitoring Task Force (PIMTF) convened on March 3, 2025 at the DILG Quirino Conference Hall, Capitol Compound, San Marcos, Cabarroguis, Quirino for the 2025 Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA) Provincial Assessment.
LGOO V Carolyn C. Mateo gave a brief overview on the timeline of the activities following the provincial assessment. She presented the corresponding points of the five (5) indicators namely: (1) Survival; (2) Development; (3) Protection; (4) Participation; and (5) Governance. The minimum scores to be complied with to pass the audit were also underscored.
Afterwhich, LGOO V Mateo led the assessment proper where the six (6) local government units (LGUs) – Aglipay, Cabarroguis, Diffun, Maddela, Nagtipunan, and Saguday were evaluated based on the submitted means of verification (MOVs) covering 2024 Performance Year.
As a result of the assessment, the PIMTF came up with the initial findings which will be cascaded to the LGUs for their review. These findings will be the basis for the rework where LGUs are given opportunity to rectify incorrect data or submit lacking MOVs.
The activity was attended by Schools Division Superintendent Madelyn L. Macalling, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Nelia Mabuti, Senior Education Program Specialist Division Information Officer Arnold O. Saballa, and Chief Education Supervisor Elenita B. Ugot from the Department of Education, Assistant Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer / Nutrition Officer Luningning P. Rhodes, Early Childhood Care and Development Officer Daisy V. Garcia, Social Welfare Officer II Lilibeth A. Sampaga, Development Management Officer IV Jomel A. Sugue, Health Education and Promotion Officer I Melanie L. Dotuerte, Nurse I Sheryl R. Rosales, and Senior Health Program Officer Gerald L. Miguel from the Provincial Health Office.
Also present to provide assistance were LGMES Chief Carolyn C. Mateo, LGOO II Deanna Kyra M. Francia, and ISA Rociel Mari R. Roces.
