TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN, March 2, 2020- Out of the twelve (12) contestants, Mr. Joshua C. Columna from Lallo, Cagayan, won the first place during the Regional On-the-Spot Poster Making Contest held on March 12, 2020 at the DILG R02 Conference Hall, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
This year’s theme for the on-the-spot poster making contest is, “Nagkakaisang Adhikain para sa Makabuluhan at Progresibong Kapayapaan”, which aims to increase awareness on the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (E-CLIP) as a national program to perpetually end insurgency and shall foster creativity in conveying the message of peace, unity and development.
The said poster making contest is a Regional Level evaluation, in which the winning artwork shall be the Region 02’s entry in the National Poster Making Contest to be launched along with the celebration of the 2020 E-CLIP National Summit.

Other winners during the regional contest were: 2nd placer-Mr. Mark Angelo N. Olonan from St. Mary’s University, Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya; and, 3rd placer-Mr. Randy C. Santillan from Gadu National High School, Solana, Cagayan.
Winners received a cash prize of P10,000.00 (1st placer), P6,000.00 (2nd placer), and P4,000.00 (3rd placer).
The twelve (12) contestants from the provinces of Cagayan, Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino are awarded with Certificate of Participation in the E-CLIP On-the-Spot Poster Making Contest.
Contenders in the regionwide evaluation were nine (9) from Cagayan, one (1) from Nueva Vizcaya, and two (2) from Quirino.#
