Tuguegarao City, Cagayan – The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 2 is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of its Fiscal Year 2024 1st Regional Management Committee Meeting, a pivotal gathering held on February 1, 2024, at the Regional Office in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

The meeting, led by Regional Director Agnes A. De Leon, CESO IV, brought together the Assistant Regional Director, Provincial Directors, Division Chiefs and committee members for a dynamic dialogue on strategic planning, performance review, resource allocation, and community engagement. The agenda also included discussions on various programs and projects, such as Barangay Newly Elected Officials (BNEO), KALINISAN, Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG), Support to Barangay Development Program (SBDP), and additional initiatives. The outcomes reflect the commitment of DILG R2 to innovation, transparency, and impactful governance.

Regional Director De Leon expressed gratitude for the active participation and valuable insights shared during the meeting, emphasizing the dedication of the DILG R2 team to the betterment of the region.
