CABARROGUIS, QUIRINO, April 2, 2024 --- The Quirino Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC), through the Quirino Police Provincial Office (QPPO), completes the construction of twenty-two (22) units of Kwarto ni Neneng for its twenty-five (25) beneficiaries in March 2024.

This initiative was made possible by SILG Atty. Benjamin C. Abalos, Jr. for bestowing financial assistance, Governor Dakila Carlo E. Cua for covering the resource gaps, and other partners and stakeholders for the support in its overall implementation.
The units of Kwarto Ni Neneng were officially handed over to the intended beneficiaries in January to March 2024 by Vice Governor Julius Caesar S. Vaquilar, DILG OIC PD Karen Joy C. Pablico-Castro, concerned Municipal Local Government Operations Officers, and the personnel of the QPPO to include the mobile force companies and municipal police stations.
Kwarto ni Neneng is an initiative of the QPPO, adopted by the PPOC, to reduce, deter or thwart the rape incidents and other forms of sexual abuse by building a division or partition in the homes of the poorest of the poor families for daughters who are susceptible of becoming rape victims by people in key position of trust such as their biological fathers, step-fathers, brothers, uncles, cousins, neighbors and even boyfriends.
