Tuguegarao City, Cagayan — The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region 2 (DILG R2) recently hosted IGNITE: “Intervention to Bridge Gaps for a Nurturing Environment through Interpersonal Relationships and Team Development.” This program, conducted in two batches from October 14-18, 2024, was designed to elevate the interpersonal skills and foster stronger team dynamics among DILG R2 personnel. 

Over a comprehensive three-day, in-house training, both current and former DILG R2 personnel came together to share knowledge, enhance skills, and build competencies in effective interpersonal relations and team collaboration. Participants engaged in interactive lectures and structured learning activities focused on the core principles of effective communication, teamwork, and personal growth.

 The program culminated with participants from various provinces across Region 2 feeling empowered and inspired, ready to bridge organizational gaps and nurture a supportive, cohesive work environment within DILG R2.
