TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN – The Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-ELCAC) Region 2 conducted the Provincial Leveling Session for all barangays in the province of Cagayan on May 25, 2021 via Zoom.
