Cagayan State University (CSU) and Isabela State University (ISU) top as performing Local Resource Institutes (LRI) during the training for the implementation of the 2017 Citizen Satisfaction Index System (CSIS). The awarding ceremony was conducted on June 29, 2017 at Ridgewood Hotel, Baguio City during the North Luzon Training of LRIs. CSU garnered an average of 85% while ISU got 84% in terms of performance in the trial field coverage and data processing and analysis.
