Baccay, Ms. Lilibeth A. Sampaga from the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), Daniphine A. Badua of the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO), Clavelina S. Tolbe from the Provincial Health Office (PHO) and Filemon V. Ranchez, Presidentof theFederation of Senior Citizens., representng the Civil Society Organization (CSO) sector, convened on November 29, 2021 via Zoom online platform to validate all six (6) component municipalities in the Province of Quirino.
