CABARROGUIS, QUIRINO – In a brief ceremony held at the Provincial Capitol, Cabarroguis, Quirino, the Regional Inspection and Certification Team (RICT) conferred the Safety Seal to the Provincial Government of Quirino on July 8, 2021. Composed of the DILG, as team leader and members from the PNP, BFP, and BJMP, the RICT awarded the Safety Seal to Gov. Dakila Carlo E. Cua, who received the safety seal in behalf of the 12 offices of the provincial government.

TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN – The COVID-19 situation in the region is unlikely to improve unless there is an effective rollout of vaccines that protect against severe disease and preferably drive herd immunity. Yet having licensed vaccines is not enough. They need to be properly allocated and available where needed, widely deployed in local communities, and most of all, administered. However, challenges to these efforts arise particularly on the latter, that is why the DILG Regional Office 2, through the Local Government Capability Development Division (LGCDD) initiated the Tara Na! AGLIPAY, QUIRINO – On June 09, 2021 the Department of the Interior and Local Government, represented by Regional Director Jonathan Paul M.
