Department of the Interior and Local Government Region 02 (DILG R02) Regional Director Jonathan Paul M. Leusen, Jr., DILG-Isabela Provincial Director Engr. Corazon D. Toribio and Angadanan Mayor Hon. Lourdes S. Panganiban inaugurated the newly constructed evacuation center on March 01, 2018.

Part of their varied roles is the constant monitoring of the Community-Based Rehabilitation Program of barangays with Tokhang responders.
