TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN – Prior to the implementation of the Local Government Support – Financial Assistance to Local Government Units, DILG R2 conducted a regional orientation on Local Budget Circular (LBC) 142, Series of 2022 and the Omnibus Guidelines for Project Monitoring on February 24, 2022.

Leusen Jr., led the conduct of the Summing Up for FY 2018-2021 on February 04, 2022 at the Cagayan Provincial Capitol Commissary.
