On May 3, 2018, the Local Chief Executives, Planning and Development Coordinators, Engineers, Local Government Operations Officers and Civil Society Organization Representatives of all the Local Government Units in the Province of Cagayan were convened at Valley Hotel, Alimanao, Cagayan for the 1st Provincial Stakeholders Forum on Locally Funded Projects in the Region.

Hence, the region deems it necessary to conduct awareness campaign on federalism specially in far flung LGUs.

Baccay, conducted the Institutionalizing Accountability in Managing Assistance to Municipalities (AM) projects by REvitalizing Commitment through HARmonious Group Exercise and Dynamics (I AM RECHARGED) on June 27-29, 2018 in Coron, Palawan.

With the theme: “PROPEL with E-HUB: Partnering with Regional Agencies and Organizations to Promote Effective Learning with Excellence, Hardwork, Unity and Balance,” the Department of the Interior and Local Government Region 02 (DILG-RO2) headed by Jonathan Paul M. Leusen Jr., CESO IV and its Local Government Regional Resource Center (LGRRC) have strengthened its partnership with the members of the Multi-Stakeholders Advisory Committee (MSAC) thru the signing of a Memorandum of Agreements in the recently concluded activity on June 25, 2018 at Villa Blanca Hotel, Tuguegarao City.
