DILG-Quirino initiated a three-day activity titled “Workshop on Enhancing the Value of Accountability on Locally-funded projects through Unified Efforts (WE VALUE)” on February 20-23, 2018 at Crown Hotel, Baguio City to improve the current local governance setting particularly project management and implementation in the province.
